Sebastian's opened in 2022 with a simple idea — a space that works as hard as you do, and still feels like a break.
THE SPACE
Raw concrete, black steel, and warm tungsten light. A room designed to be lived in for an afternoon — laptops open, conversations low, no one watching the clock.

Liquid C Bomb
Four espresso shots, white mocha, and just a splash of milk to keep the peace. We love you, but we're not responsible for the 2 AM ceiling-staring — sleep is a “you” problem after this one.
Cafe ala Mode
Our café latte with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting on top, drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Coffee or dessert? We stopped arguing about it — just order it.
Toasted Marshmallow
We torch the marshmallow till it's properly burnt, then drop it into coffee — campfire in a cup, minus the smoke in your eyes. Trust us on this one: it's a must try.
Lava Cocoa
Molten chocolate, rich and a little dramatic, best served hot. A Sebastian's staple for a reason — this is the one regulars quietly reorder every single visit.
Lemon Sangria
All the fruit-and-fizz drama of a sangria, zero alcohol — just brewed tea, fresh fruit, and a bright lemon kick. Order it and nobody has to know it's the sober choice.
Sea Salt Honey Latte
Iced coffee with sea salt and honey — our low-key post-gym order. Something about the salt-and-sweet makes it taste like a reward, so go ahead and count it as recovery.
